Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an offsite follow up survey completed February 22, 2023, Pitts Home Care had corrected the deficiency cited under PA Code, Title 28, Health and Safety, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart H, Chapter 611, Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiency was cited as a result of a relicensure survey completed December 16, 2022.
